A daily satirical news fantasy. From the comedy team behind The Bugle.
Imagine a world just like this one where a man called Trump still runs the free world, where Brexit continues to rage on and climate change continues to simultaneously burn, melt and pour on things. Imagine this world also has podcasts and there is a satirical show that speaks truth to power, but this one is hosted by Alice Fraser, and it’s released daily.

Welcome to the How to Raise Capital 101 Show for Real Estate Investors – with your host, Dave Dubeau. This show is for active real estate investors who are wanting to do more by leveraging other people’s money…in other words, raising private capital – but they don’t know how to get started. This show is going to help you to be able to raise 6-figures in a matter of weeks, and even 7-figures in a matter of months – even if you’ve never raised a dime of investor capital before. And best of all, you’ll be able to do it without alienating people, without going through massive rejection, and without resorting to high-pressure sales tactics like cold-calling people or ‘turning every conversation into a real estate conversation’. In fact, when you follow the steps properly, you are going to get investors coming to you already eager and excited to meet with you and invest – without you having to chase after them. This podcast is focused on the NEW capital raiser who is just getting started and wants to raise their first several hundred thousand quickly, and then up to 1.5 – 2 million over time. New episodes are released weekly on Tuesdays and are a combination of solo episodes, interviews with capital raising experts as well as occasional ‘hot seats’ with real estate investors who want to improve their capital raising skills. In each episode, Dave will be unwrapping a capital-raising concept and giving you actionable ideas that you can put to use right away. More episodes at https://www.raisecapital101show.com/

Growth and maturity are meant to be lifelong processes. That’s why we’re passionate about equipping the church with the right tools—or utensils—to feed themselves straight from the Word of God, our source of spiritual nourishment. When we can feed ourselves from the Bible with a right understanding of what it says to us and how that should impact our lives, we are headed for true spiritual growth and maturity.
So how do we learn to feed ourselves? For a start, check out #WordStrong, a special class with Pastor Mark Trotter! Together, we’ll learn how to dig into the Word and discover ways for us to connect with God, grow in our spiritual maturity, and strengthen our faith muscles.

Pop sensation Michael Jackson was scheduled to play 50 sell-out shows in London from this summer, before his unexpected death on Friday June 26, 2009. A few months before this, here in Hong Kong, six talented local musical outfits rose to RTHK Radio 3’s challenge to each adapt two Jackson songs in their own styles. The first song was assigned by Radio 3. Then each participant chose one of their own. These Michael Jackson adaptations were played live at Michael Jackson Hits, Hong Kong, at Grappa’s Cellar, Jardine House, Central on Saturday June 13, from 9pm. This event was recorded, and highlights were aired on the evening of Saturday June 20 at 7pm. In the week leading up to June 13, interviews with musicians taking part were broadcast on Morning Brew. The Muslim Chaplaincy at the University of Toronto engages Muslim youth by providing an inclusive space for them to foster a meaningful Muslim identity, enriched and supported by quality educational and counseling services. Our vision for a Muslim chaplaincy is to have an organization that facilitates quality educational, social, and spiritual services to support Muslim youth on a campus setting. We envision that a Muslim chaplaincy will have a very positive impact on the course of Islamic leadership in North America. By having access to a wave of committed, well educated, balanced, nurturing, and culturally relevant role models, young Muslims will no longer feel at a loss when they face challenges of faith and identity. Rather, the chaplaincy will be a presence that inspires confidence and healthy spiritual development in Muslim youth.
